This is an unusual and very charming hotel. The rooms and public rooms are elegant, yet it has a very homey feeling, helped by the afternoon tea and evening champagne in the drawing room. The service was impeccable.
The only sour note at all was that the bill included a charge for two juice drinks from the mini bar, which I had not consumed. It was removed as soon as I indicated that I had not taken the drinks, but there must be something a little off in their control system for mini bar items.

A well located, quiet and charming hotel with a high level of personalized service. Extra amenities included in the price: afternoon tea, champagne and hot chocolate add value and an opportunity to meet fellow guests in a relaxed manner. The garden is a beautiful sanctuary. The Draycott Hotel was awarded England's leading boutique hotel for 2010. Well worth a visit!

Nice boutique hotel which feels like home, quality services, room with fireplace, very polite personnel - satisfactory all over
My room didn't have a garden view as stated on Booked.net for the category of room I booked - the lift is really small, in general most dimensions in the hotel are tiny as it used to be a house - but when you get used to it then it feels really nice and warm.

Location was excellent. Totally charming decor and welcome. 24/7 open. My request for "no feathers" was immediately addressed. All conveniences were provided.
I do not understand the distinction between "didn't like" and "complaints". When I asked for the smoking room I had booked for, I was told perhaps there was a suite I could have that was smoking. (Not at these prices, I thought.) My room for 163 BP per night was so small as to be claustrophobia inducing. The bed was hard and very short. The price of breakfast was insane.

The daily complimentary afternoon tea with biscuits was a delightful touch, while the charming drawing room offered a cozy retreat after exploring the city.

I loved the fireplace in my room. The room also was big and had all what one needs and more. The location is great.
The hotel had wet paint on one of the doors without a clear sign. When I informed the reception that my son's jacket was spoiled, nothing was offered until it was the day when we were leaving which was too late. Also, I urge everyone to check the final invoice. After I paid and left the hotel, I discovered that they charged for BF twice!!

We had an amazing family reunion with 20 relatives at this charming hotel. Enjoyed striking out to Sloane Street's luxurious shops and felt right at home in the cozy lounge with complimentary afternoon tea and good breakfast options. Truly a gem!
My kids wished there were more activities for them to do indoors.

Appreciated our time here. Well priced place, had a very good stay which was 9 nights. The location was magnificent and comfortable and the staff were top-class. This hotel was in a good area really close to a spacious beautiful restaurant and Sloan's Square tube station.
